Helm2 deployment fails with "wrongNamespace"

Hi Spinnaker community,

I’m attempting to set up my first pipeline, where I’m trying to deploy to a remote Kubernetes cluster (hosted by Amazon EKS). When spinnaker tries to deploy to my remote cluster, I hit the following error:

Exception ( Deploy Manifest )

deployKubernetesManifest.deployKubernetesManifest.prod.wrongNamespace

prod is the namespace I want to deploy too, and I’ve confirmed that prod exists in my Kubernetes cluster.

I’ve added namespace: {{ .Release.Namespace }} to my Helm template/deployment.yaml, as I’ve seen in many guides and blog posts.

I’m not sure how to resolve this. Is there a way I can look at the base64 manifest artifacts produced by the bake (Manifest) stage?

Any assistance, suggestions, or recommendations would be appreciated.
